Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products or items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items if reported within 7 days of delivery.
